Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to clients in a compassionate and nonjudgmental manner
  • Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health challenges
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document client progress

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. RN/LPN preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with crisis
  • Empathy and understanding towards individuals facing mental health challenges
