**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled carpenters to engage in basic drywall and carpentry work, including taping, skiff room tasks, and the ability to use a chop saw for cutting and measuring. This role involves working on a team led by a foreman, with work starting promptly at 6am. **Responsibilities** + Perform drywall and carpentry tasks such as taping and skiff room activities. + Use chop saws for cutting and measuring materials accurately. + Work collaboratively within a team led by a foreman. + Report to work sites located in Hudson, NH, and Cambridge, MA. + Maintain a high level of safety and comply with OSHA standards. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of construction experience. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Possession of OSHA 10 certification. + Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites. + Ability to pass required screenings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in drywall, carpentry, framing, production, and installation. + Familiarity with using a tape measure and other hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a 100% employee-owned company, where you can share in the success through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employees are expected to adhere to high safety standards, with work hours from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Proper attire includes work boots and personal protective equipment (PPE), which can be provided if needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerville, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
