Our client is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in north central Florida. This position will be responsible for supporting oncology clinical pharmacy services in an academic teaching service, primarily focusing on bone marrow transplant, cellular therapy, and the malignant hematology inpatient unit. As a Clinical Pharmacist for the BMT department you will provides active participation in related education and research activities and will work closely with outpatient counterpart to ensure smooth transitions of care for patients.
