As the Company continues to experience steady growth, it is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join the team.
The Construction Project Manager Position
The Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of the project from post-bid to successful completion and final payment. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: pre-construction submittals, creating progress schedules, purchase orders and subcontracts. Attend weekly project and progress meetings. Review and manage weekly costs, track pay items & quantities, recognizing extra work & claims. Work with MDOT to develop and manage plans and safety protocols per project specifications. Coordinate all sprinkler notices, local permits & agreements. Request extensions of time in accordance with contract requirements, monitor rental equipment needs versus budget, complete final close-out documents, finalize quantities & payments.
