• Operatories: 9 total, including 3 general dentists, 1 periodontist, and 1 oral surgeon
• Services: Preventive care, restorative dentistry, implants, crowns, bridges, whitening, root canals, and more
• Technology: Dentrix software, digital charting, advanced imaging

Your Role as a General Dentist

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Deliver a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes
• Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and personalized care
• Leverage advanced technology to provide efficient, accurate, and comfortable treatments

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
• Licensure: Active CT state dental license
• Experience: All experience levels considered; 1+ year preferred
• Skills: Patient-focused, team-oriented, with excellent communication and clinical skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: 32-35% of collections with daily minimums, and guaranteed daily rates *uncapped earnings potential
