Position Overview : The Summer Legal Intern will support Inversion’s legal and compliance function across a range of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters related to the firm’s investment and operating activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to private equity, technology-enabled businesses, and emerging regulatory frameworks, with close mentorship from the General Counsel and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Compensation : This legal internship may be completed on either a paid or for academic credit basis. Interns will be paid at a rate of $1000/week. Alternatively, interns may elect to receive university academic credit, with all required documentation and supervision formally supported and signed off by Inversion, subject to the requirements of the intern’s academic institution.
