Oversees and optimizes the logistics and supply chain vendor management process to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transportation and distribution services.
**What you'll do**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Vendor Relationship Management and Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain strategic and tactical relationships with logistics vendors, monitor their performance against established targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Process Improvement and Implementation: Define, design, and implement logistics processes and strategies, leading initiatives to improve efficiency and support key strategic goals.
- Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and provide financial analysis support.
- Project Leadership and Collaboration: Lead multiple logistics projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for supply chain initiatives and product launches.
- Reporting, Analysis, and Problem Resolution: Conduct sophisticated financial and operational analysis, prepare reports, resolve complex problems, and support the development of goals and budgets.
**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 3+ years of related experience.

- This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues.
- Typically leads occupational staff within the organization.

**Our Manager-Logistics, earns between $93,400 - $140,200** . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
