Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Lexington, NE
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 7 AM–4 PM | Tue/Thu 9 AM–6 PM
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lexington, NE.
Qualifications
2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience (externship additional)
MA Certification strongly preferred
Proficient in phlebotomy/venipuncture and EMR systems
BLS/CPR required
Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
Occupational Health experience a plus
Key Duties
Greet, room, and support patients throughout their visit
Take vitals and document accurately in the EMR
Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture, POC testing, EKGs, and administer vaccines
Manage scheduling, phones, and patient inquiries
Assist with front and back-office workflow
Maintain patient confidentiality and collaborate with the clinical team
