Education & Qualifications

• Education : B.S. in Metallurgy, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (M.S./Ph.D. preferred).
• Industry Experience : 10+ years in technical management within the metals industry; 5+ years in aerospace with leadership responsibilities.
• Special Skills :
• High-temperature nickel-based superalloy melting/conversion
• Proficiency in SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and 8D
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Rapid decision-making in high-pressure environments
