We’re looking for an experienced, market-facing Office Leasing Broker to help lead new leasing efforts across office assets throughout the market. This role is primarily landlord representation, with selective tenant representation, and is focused on generating new lease activity and building leasing momentum across assignments you help originate and grow.

Responsibilities
* Lead new leasing assignments on office properties (landlord rep focus)
* Originate and execute leasing opportunities with owners and clients
* Drive leasing strategy, positioning, and execution in collaboration with ownership
* Actively prospect, tour, negotiate, and close office leases of varying size and complexity
* Maintain a visible presence in the office market
* Work closely with property management to support leasing execution
* Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and brokers
* Over time, help mentor and lead junior office brokers

Qualifications
* 4+ years of office leasing experience
* Landlord representation experience preferred
* Proven ability to originate and close new leasing deals
* Comfortable leading landlord conversations and owning assignments
* Entrepreneurial, motivated, and highly accountable
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
* Local or regional market experience preferred
