Job Title: Production Associate I - DISASSEMBLY/CLEANING AND INSPECTION- 1ST SHIFT

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Henderson CO 80640

Pay Rate: $22.53 - $23.50/hr

JOB SUMMARY

Job Summary:

• Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• Assisting in the teardown of high horsepower diesel engines.
• This job role rotates employees through the disassembly of the engine, cleaning of the components, and inspection of the parts to prepare them for the next stage in production.

Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

• Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by reporting hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately and complying with all HSE standards and regulations.
• They must use appropriate protective equipment, correct hazards within their control, and participate in required safety training.

Quality

• Follows all standard work instructions, process documentation, and quality procedures, including SPC, poka-yoke, and visual standards.
• Responsible for performing quality inspections, identifying and controlling non-conforming materials, and raising issues to reduce cost and quality risks.

Achieves production goals.

• Operates equipment at the required cycle time or engineering standard while maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine care.
• Remains flexible to perform additional duties as needed, and collaborates with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to identify and maintain equipment requiring repair.

Teamwork

• Communicates effectively with team members and support teams while completing required training and personal development.
• Actively contributes to improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and overall employee development.

Competencies:

• Demonstrates accountability, effective communication, and courage in addressing challenges while consistently driving results.
• Champions health and safety practices to support an injury-free workplace and applies strong manufacturing knowledge to improve processes, equipment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
* This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
