THE ROLE: Senior Marketing Associate – International, Payments & Special Projects

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a digitally-savvy, detail-oriented marketing professional to join our marketing team. This role will focus on long-term strategy for the International and Payment programs, day-to-day operations and planning, partner relationship management, and campaign execution support.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Technology, Creative, Merchandising, Finance, and key external partners (including ESW) to deliver measurable results and exceptional member experiences. We are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, can shift gears quickly, and is eager to dive into new challenges.

What You’ll Do…

International

• Support the strategic plan and day-to-day operations for RGG’s International business, including planning and executing promotional campaigns, aligning on forecasts, and monitoring performance against goals.
• Track and report International marketing performance, fielding and responding to related questions.
• Own relationship with International vendors and lead weekly check-ins to review performance, site experience, and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to explore and execute future growth strategies, such as paid media campaigns and member engagement initiatives.

Payments

• Support and manage payment partner relationships that drive incremental value and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Finance) to develop and execute co-marketing, and card-linked offer programs.
• Participate in payments-related discussions with Technology and other teams on emerging payment options as needed.

Special Projects

• Collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc marketing initiatives, from concept through execution and support testing and innovation efforts to drive growth opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing
• Comfort with data analysis and performance tracking to inform decision-making.
• Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities and timelines in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Base Salary Range: $75K-$80K

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
