We’re looking for a Technical Designer (Fashion) who’s passionate, resourceful, and ready to help us level up. What You’ll Do

• Own the technical design process from prototype to pre-production
• Measure fit samples and prepare for fittings (live model + dress form)
• Audit garment construction and ensure quality across categories and fabrications
• Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into clear, actionable comments (written + visual)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, fabric, and wash quality meet brand standards
• Communicate directly with overseas vendors—professional, timely, and precise
• Proactively identify and solve product/quality issues before they impact timelines
• Track, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple categories

What You Bring

• Deep knowledge of apparel design, garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and technical drawing
• Experience leading fittings and making accurate fit corrections
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
• Experience writing detailed spec sheets across multiple categories
• Keen eye for apparel flaws and production issues—with the ability to influence solutions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable—able to thrive in a fast-paced, ultra-collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills (written + visual) with a knack for clarity and precision

⚡ Note: This role is on-site in Los Angeles (Mon–Thur) with remote Fridays .
