Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Location: LA-Based

Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week Contractor

Relevant Partners Introduction

Relevant Partners is an LA-based real estate developer known for iconic, design-forward residential and hospitality-driven projects such as TAO LA, Motherwolf, Thompson Hotel, Tommie Hotel, and Dream Hotel in Hollywood. Our team specializes in ground-up multifamily and single-family development, capital structuring, and the creation of architecturally ambitious communities.

We have delivered and financed more than $1.5B in real estate alongside top-tier institutional investors, lenders, architects, and operators. Our newest landmark project, COVA at Coachella, is an 86-acre luxury villa community located one block from the world-famous Coachella Music Festival, featuring 165 private villas, wellness facilities, sports amenities, a beach club, and a 10-acre pool—one of the largest in North America.

Position Summary  

Relevant Partners is seeking an LA-based Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our marketing team and lead social media strategy, content creation, paid campaigns, and digital brand development across three brands:

  1. Relevant Partners Corporate
  2. COVA at Coachella
  3. Managing Partner Personal Brand

This role is ideal for an experienced social strategist who enjoys both creative development and hands-on content production, and who thrives in a collaborative environment where autonomy and initiative are valued.

You will be responsible for content calendars, social creative, video production, influencer partnerships, analytics, and the rollout of paid media campaigns—including a large paid ad initiative for COVA. You’ll work closely with leadership as part of the larger marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand direction and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Social Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end social strategy and execution for three brands
  • Ensure all content and campaigns align with overarching marketing objectives
  • Develop monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (eventually expanding into TikTok and X)

Content Creation & Production

  • Create a minimum of 4 high-quality social videos per month featuring our managing partner
  • Capture ongoing content around LA and the Coachella Valley
  • Edit short-form content optimized for platform formats and audience expectations
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, imagery, and overall creative expression

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Lead planning and execution of the paid media campaign and ad shoot for COVA
  • Develop and propose a targeting strategy for event-driven Coachella campaigns
  • Collaborate with 3P vendors and agencies to support paid performance

Influencer Strategy

  • Build and own the influencer strategy for COVA and Relevant Partners
  • Source aligned creators, negotiate partnerships, and manage communication
  • Oversee content delivery, deadlines, and engagement performance

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own reporting and analytics across all social channels
  • Deliver monthly performance readouts and actionable recommendations
  • Achieve a targeted 20% YoY increase in engagement across all brands
  • Stay informed on platform shifts, audience trends, and competitive benchmarks

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesion across social, brand, and sales initiatives
  • Support additional marketing efforts as needed, including launches, events, and creative campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles and comfortable traveling locally for frequent content shoots
  • 7+ years leading social media strategy and content development
  • Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills across short-form and long-form formats
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, paid social, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning projects from concept to delivery
  • Proficient in Canva, Vimeo, Google Suite, and general editing tools
  • Experience using AI-driven tools for content enhancement is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
