Tax Accountant – Public Accounting (Seasonal)
Our clients are reputable public accounting firms handling high-volume tax work. We are seeking tax professionals with solid experience preparing a wide range of returns. These roles require onsite availability and the ability to work independently during peak season. Compensation varies and is negotiable.

• Westchester, NY
• Northern Bergen County, NJ
• Poughkeepsie, NY
Qualifications:
• Tax preparation experience in a public accounting or wealth management environment
• Familiarity with standard tax software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work onsite during peak season
• CPA or EA a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Review all source documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain organized and complete workpapers
• Support the tax team during high-volume periods
