Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and executing our innovative data management software platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering successful projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship : Required to access CodeMettle systems.
• Active Secret Clearance : Mandatory for the position.
• Travel Availability : Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing data software programs and flexible data management platforms.
• Familiarity with the following technologies:
• Web Content Management : Umbraco CM
• Source Code Management : GitLab, JFrog
• Programming Languages : CSS, Go (Golang), Java, JavaScript, Jython, PHP, Python, SQL, TypeScript
• Other Software : Scala, Cloudflare, Selenium
• PMP certification is highly desirable, although not mandatory.

Interview Process

• First Round : A 30-minute video call with Chuck, VP of Operations.
• Second Round : 1 to 1.5-hour interview with the Program Management team, including 2 Senior Program Managers, 1 Director of Programs, and 1 Director of Engineering.
• Final Round : An additional 1 to 1.5-hour interview may be conducted in person at the CodeMettle office.

Recruitment Considerations

• Remote vs. Hybrid : While the job description states a hybrid role in Atlanta, remote options are available. Candidates from the Atlanta area are preferred, and travel will still be required at 25%.
• Onsite Days : Travel requirement of 25% applies, even for remote hires.
• Project Focus : The role will focus on developing data software programs, as noted in the job description: "CodeMettle provides a flexible data management software platform."

Additional Information

• Bonus Structure : This position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to $10,000, contingent upon personal and company performance.
• Hiring Timeline : We aim to keep the hiring process streamlined, typically requiring no more than 3 interviews. If the final interview goes smoothly, an offer can be extended within 24-48 hours.
