Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in SAP projects and integrations. The role involves overseeing all phases of project management, from design to User Acceptance Testing, ensuring quality and timely delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will manage project scopes, budgets, and resources, facilitating collaboration across functional teams to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Partner with functional teams to define business requirements and lead developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Define test plans and oversee the defect-free delivery of products before User Acceptance Testing.
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, develop rollout plans, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to systems development and project management processes.

Must-Have Skills :

• Proven project management experience, especially in SAP projects.
• Strong people management and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to assess risk and apply technology and business application solutions in a large-scale environment.

Domain or Industry Experience :
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions within SAP environments is required. Familiarity with multi-platform systems environments is preferred.

Additional Details :

• On-site position in Casa Grande factory location.
• Temporary position to fill for a worker on leave, with potential for role versatility and extension.
