We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Medical Assistant based in Casper, WY, with the flexibility to occasionally travel to Jackson, WY, to support patient care. Travel is infrequent and usually planned in advance, with trips lasting approximately one week. This role provides the opportunity to support providers in diverse clinical settings while maintaining primary duties in the Casper office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical support to providers in the Casper office and during occasional travel assignments.
Prepare patients for exams, collect vital signs, and assist with procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Travel to Jackson, WY, as scheduled, staying for up to a week to support providers and patient care.
Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care during travel and in-office assignments.
Adapt to varying schedules and patient needs, including early mornings or extended days when traveling.
Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) preferred but not required.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel approximately 5 hours to Jackson, WY, when needed.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Details:
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in Casper; travel days may require earlier start or later end times.
Occasional travel to Jackson, WY, with advance notice; travel time is compensated.
Primary responsibility is in-office support in Casper, with travel as an infrequent requirement.
