Job Description

Position summary : Greet customers and direct them to their destination. Park and retrieve service vehicles, and wash all service customer vehicles.

General purpose : Provide customer service and lot organization.

Role qualifications : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no prior experience or training. Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Position responsibilities : Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet all customers in friendly manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles upon request.
• Maintain all necessary forms and paperwork.
• Shuttle customers when necessary.
• Maintain lot appearance including trash removal.
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with loaner fleet; checking in, cleaning, retrieving and fueling of loaners.
