Customer Relationship Specialist

Contract - On-Site- Nashville, TN

  • Must Haves :Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years in call center/inside sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Preferred :Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Comfortable with telephony and technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Description :

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the brand, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for customers. You’ll collaborate with sales professionals, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and support account and order processes.   • Responsibilities / Essential Duties Act as a liaison by managing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or live chat support
  • Ensure the best experience possible, regardless of the communication channel

  • Provide thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of customer requests, including:
