Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our water restoration team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Xactimate software to prepare accurate estimates for both residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities + Prepare detailed water restoration estimates using Xactimate software. + Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal team members. + Submit estimates to insurance companies and follow up for payment. + Adhere to established billing and collections procedures. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Requirements + 2-3 years of experience with Xactimate software and estimate writing preferred. + 2-3 years of water restoration industry knowledge. + Insurance claims experience required. + Administrative billing & collections experience in restoration or service industry preferred. + Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. + Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. + Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred but not required. + Valid driver's license required.
