A small, highly reputable and tight-knit real estate firm in Austin is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Specialist to support the growth and daily operations of a fast-moving, high-performing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-office environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for real estate, marketing, and leadership. You’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership to ensure smooth office operations, maintain accountability across agents, and help drive production through structured communication and follow-up.
