Job Description

A national client is seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Southern California. This is a full-time position with flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. The successful candidate may be based in Los Angeles or San Diego.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active California Bar license.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Hands-on trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions.
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and processes.
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
