Location: Orlando, FL (Remote to start, will be Hybrid 2 days in office in 2026)

Role Description:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing technical professionals for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify highly skilled technical candidates.
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Presenting well-matched candidates to clients and facilitating the interview and hiring process.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future roles.
• Proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
• Contributing your skills and expertise while enjoying a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role, with a focus on IT, software development, or related technical fields.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ensure clear and effective interaction across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred) and other recruiting tools.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
